Monk Fruit is a natural, low calorie sweetener derived from a small melon, native to China and Thailand . Being 150-200 times sweeter than sugar, a little goes a long way! We’ve used just a pinch to give our jams a boost of sweetness, without impacting the sugar or carb count.
