Mini Chubby Toast Crunch Cereal
We’re seriously obsessed with cereal - especially when it’s made with a jam-packed Chubby Snacks PB&J, and toasted to perfection with coconut oil and cinnamon. It’s a low sugar, high deliciousness breakfast that will put your stale box of granola to shame.
1. Preheat the oven to 300F. Line a tray with baking paper.
2. Chop a Chubby Snacks PB&J. Toss with coconut oil and cinnamon.
3. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven, and add peanuts and dried strawberries. Let cool.
4. Serve with your favorite milk or milk alternative.
5. Dig in!
